No enquiry dies in a shared inbox.
A lead catcher takes an enquiry from your website, your inbox or your phone, works out who the person actually is and what they want, and gets it to the right person quickly enough to matter. Nothing sits in a shared mailbox waiting for somebody to notice it on Tuesday.
The enquiry arrives on Friday at four.
It lands in an inbox three people can see, which means it is nobody's. Everyone assumes someone else has it. On Monday it is under sixty other emails and by Tuesday, when someone finally replies, they have already booked someone else.
The hardest and most expensive part of getting work is making the phone ring. Losing one because nobody saw it in time is the most avoidable loss there is.
From arrival to the right pocket, in minutes.
Catches it wherever it lands
Website form, email, or a message from a social page. One place, whatever the route in.
Works out what they want
Reads the enquiry and identifies the job, the location and anything urgent in the wording.
Fills in who they are
Looks up the company behind the email address, so you know whether it is a facilities manager for forty sites or somebody's spare room, before you ring back.
Sends it to the right person
Based on the type of work or the area. On their phone, not in a shared inbox.
Chases you, not them
If nobody has responded within the window you set, it says so. Louder each time.
Three reads, one decision that stays yours.
All three AI jobs happen before a human sees anything, which is exactly the point — by the time it reaches you, it is already sorted.
AI
It reads the enquiry
Works out what the person is actually asking for, including when they have buried it in three paragraphs of context.
AI
It finds out who they are
Turns an email address into a company, a size and a sector, so you know what you are ringing back before you ring.
AI
It judges urgency
"My alarm is going off right now" and "we are planning next year's budget" are not the same message, and it does not treat them the same.
You
You decide who gets what
The routing rules are yours. It applies them; it does not invent them.
The part that matters
It never replies for you.
A first reply to a prospect sets the tone for everything after it. That is not a job to hand to software.
It routes, it does not answer
Every enquiry reaches a person. Nothing is auto-replied to on your behalf.
Nothing is filtered out
It sorts and prioritises, but nothing is deleted or hidden. Everything still arrives.
It escalates until someone acts
An enquiry nobody has touched gets more insistent, not quieter. The failure mode is nagging you, not losing it.
Enrichment is public information
Company data, from business sources. It is not building a profile of an individual.

Common questions
What people ask before they say yes.
Does it reply to enquiries automatically?
No, deliberately. It gets the enquiry to the right person fast and tells you what it is. The first reply comes from a human, because that is the one that decides whether you get the job.
What is the enrichment actually looking up?
Public business information — the company behind an email domain, roughly how big it is, what sector. It tells you whether you are calling a facilities manager or a homeowner. It is not researching individuals.
What if it routes something to the wrong person?
They forward it, and you adjust the rule. The rules are plain English and yours to change. Most people revise them once in the first fortnight and then leave them alone.
Does it work with our CRM?
Often, and that is a good question for the call. Some CRMs are straightforward, some have no useful way in. We will tell you which yours is rather than promising and finding out later.
What about phone enquiries?
Anything that produces a message we can read — voicemail transcripts, web forms, emails. A call that rings out and leaves nothing is a different problem.
How fast is fast?
Minutes, not hours. The point is that somebody knows about it while the person who sent it is still at their desk.
Next step
Twenty minutes, no obligation.
Tell us where your enquiries come in and what happens to them now. We will tell you whether this helps and roughly what it costs.
